Roden Villa was opened 1903 and was situated on the beautiful North Wales Coast and was a reception home for junior girls. In 1956 it became a mixed home for both boys and girls. Roden Villa finally closed in August 1973 some of the children moved to Tudor Bank along with the Superintendent Gladys Madgwick.
