As printed in the Daily Mail Thursday 27th January 2005 on page 67 Career Mail. A few boys have emailed me asking if I had seen the picture above with the caption " The way it was: An old-fashioned pre-war printing press. The keen students are Barnardo's boys" It made no mention of Goldings or any of the names.

One old boy thought the photo showing a member of the teaching staff instructing boys on the Mielhe press could be a young Steve Penny, but was not sure. Can you name any of the boys? or confirm the instructor is Mr Penny who was also a housemaster.
